Well, I just figured out why my databases course has been so rough this semester... This is the first semester that my teacher has ever taught an undergraduate course. :( No wonder we've only gotten one project all year and had to listen to hour and a half lectures on theory...
My one hope now is that he grades like he does in graduate school...

There are teacher evaluations that we have to do for every class at the end of the semester. They don't do much except to determine is said teacher is getting a raise or not... The only guy I know that had anything negative happen to him was a teacher I had freshman year. He just got fired over the summer. So for it to take three years for someone to get the can because they can't teach, means that the evaluations are worthless. The damage has already been done...
